⚠ Note
Alpine is still in early development. Until the first version marked Release is out, Alpine is not considered complete. There may be bugs and things may change. As such, I highly discourage you from installing it in your favourite survival world without making a backup first!
About 🌲
Alpine is an extensive world generation overhaul, with enchanting new biomes as well as vanilla biome reworks! It is a reimagining of the Overworld! (yes, another one - but this one's mine ^-^)
Many of Alpine's new biomes are based on real-world environments that I felt are under-represented in the game.. or not represented at all. Most notably alpine biomes, such as mountain forests or tundras, hence the name!
See the gallery! I hope you like it!
Details 📋
Alpine should be used with Lithostitched by Apollo. It is currently not a requirement, but this may change in the future.

Some questions and answers
How is this different from Geophilic?
Alpine is a more comprehensive reimagining of the Overworld. While Geophilic focuses on slightly improving all biomes without fundamentally altering the world, Alpine takes far more creative freedoms! Alpine also adds new biomes and Cascadian overhauls terrain generation; Geophilic doesn't do either.
Can I use Alpine alongside Geophilic?
Yes. In fact, I recommend it! But be wary of load orders, and make sure Alpine takes priority.
Can I use Alpine alongside Terralith, WWOO, Blooming Biosphere, or Cliff Under a Tree?
Currently not really. Alpine and all mods mentioned above overwrite the Overworld dimension file to insert their biomes into the game, rendering them, by default, mostly incompatible. However, I am planning to make it possible for Alpine to insert its biomes via other means, allowing for broader compatibility.
Can I use Alpine alongside Biomes O' Plenty or similar?
Yes, Alpine should be compatible with classic biome mods that use Terrablender or similar.
I found a bug or have feedback!
Great! Currently the best place to share feedback with me is my Discord server.
