About

Description

Chiseled

Chiseled adds chisels to the game, they allow you to turn any full block into any shape you want by removing one of the 8 corners of a block (similar to stairs). This effectively adds stairs and slab to every full block in the game, including modded ones and block entities! But that's not all, you can make any of 254 different shapes and they may also be waterlogged!

Some blocks may even drop items when chiseled, this is fully configurable using datapacks!

Getting Started

To get started, craft yourself a chisel out of your desired material: wood, stone, iron, gold or diamond using a stick and 2 of your chosen resource and placing them diagonally like so :

Golden Chisel recipe: first row : empty, empty, gold ingot. Second row: empty, gold ingot, empty. Third row: stick, empty, empty.

You may upgrade a diamond chisel to a netherite chisel the same way you upgrade any diamond tool to netherite.

Finally, while holding your brand new chisel, aim at the corner of the block you wish to remove and simply break it!

  • Cursed blocks!
Cursed blocks! You can chisel block entities ! (note that they are only cosmetic and do not have an inventory). At the back, an unlit furnace, a lit furnace, a red shulker box and a bee nest. At the front, a slab made out of a barrel!
  • Rotated blocks
Rotated blocks The blockstate the block was in is used, this means you can keep the rotation of the blocks you chisel.
