Description

This datapack changes the loot to many existing lootables in minecraft. So far only some structure, archealogy, and mob lootables have been changed. You can see them below!

Structure Loot Changes
Buried Treasure
  • Will always have a Coast Armor Trim
  • Can have up to 2 heart of the seas, blocks of emeralds, or enchanted golden apples.
  • Normally has enchanting bottles, bones, carrots, bread, books, golden carrots, gold ingots, and emeralds.
  • Also normally, but more rarely, has iron nuggets, enchanted gold chestplates, enchanted gold swords, golden apples, and sea crystals.
Jungle Pyramid
  • Always has a Wild Armor Trim
  • Normally has a bit of bamboo, gunpowder, and/or redstone
  • Normally, but fewer, can have emeralds, arrows, raw gold, golden apples, and/or a saddle.
  • Has one enchanted piece of equipment being either enchanted chainmail armor(any piece), enchanted stone pickaxes or axes, or a enchanted bow.
  • Also always has some rarer building blocks being mossy cobblestone, granite, tnt, or jungle tree sapplings.
  • Always has 2 enchanted books with either feather falling, looting, thorns, punch, sharpness, or knockback.
Stronghold

Corridor Chests

  • Always has either a Eye Armor Trims, 2 Golden Apples, or the Otherside disc
  • Normally Have apples, empty bottles, iron ingots, diamonds, and/or enderpearls.
  • Can also more rarely have arrows and/or sticks.

Storeroom Chests

  • Always have 1-2 enchanted golden apples
  • Always has 2-4 Eye Armor Trims
  • Chooses 4-5 times from these items being lapis, empty bottles, apples, carrots, enchanted bottles, emeralds, and more rarely the otherside music disc.

Library Chests

  • Always have some extra items like experience bottles, lapis, paper, and books.
  • Always have a enchanted book with 4 pretty good enchantments.
  • Can also have a mending book
End City
  • Always has a Spire Armor Trim
  • Can sometimes have up to 2 pieces of enchanted diamond equipment(tools, weapons, armor)
  • Always has either some diamonds, gold, and/or emeralds
  • Can have some popped chorus fruit, chorus fruit, or purpur blocks.
  • Can also have either golden carrots, bread, phantom membranes, or enderpearls.
Nether Fortress
  • Always has either a Rib Armor Trim(Very Likely), or a Ghast Harness(Red, Black, or Yellow), or Fungus on a stick, or a Saddle.
  • Also always have some good loot like Iron Ingots, Diamonds, Ghast Tears(rarer), or Flint.
  • Always have some extra loot like Netherwart, Quartz, and/or Leather.
  • Normally has some blocks being either Obsidian, Crying Obsidian, and/or Nether Bricks.
  • Can also have a enchanted piece of iron armor, or an enchanted iron sword, or enchanted pickaxe. But they are normally a bit broken having between 30% to 100% health.
  • Can have between 0-2 enchanted books each with either fire protection, flame, fire aspect, mending, unbreaking, or protection.
Pillager Outpost
  • Always has a Sentry Armor Trim
  • Always has quite a few arrows
  • Always has 1 or 2 enchanted crossbow(s) or enchanted stone axe(s). I might change this in a later update.
  • Always has quite a few emeralds.
  • Always has some building blocks like cobblestone and dark oak logs.
  • Always has a goat horn.
  • Always has some extra items being Potatoes, Poisnous Potatoes, Wheat, Experience Bottles, and/or coal.
  • Has a 50% Chance to have a map to the nearest woodland mansion
Desert Pyramid
  • Always has a Dune Armor Trim
  • Normally have emeralds, gold ingots, copper ingots, and/or experience bottles.
  • Normally have some "trash" loot like rotten flesh, gunpowder, string, bones, or brown or red mushrooms.
  • Can have some building blocks like clay, sandstone, and/or terracotta.
  • Can have between 0-2 enchanted books each with either curse of binding, looting, fire aspect, mending, smite, unbreaking, or silk touch.
  • Each chest has 1 rarer loot being either, an enchanted golden apple, golden apples, golden horse armor, 2-4 raw iron, an ominous bottle, or another dune trim.
Mob Loot Changes
Villagers
  • Can Drop Emeralds
  • Can also more rarely drop a stick, apple, wheat, or paper.
Husks
  • Normally drop Rotten Flesh
  • Can rarely drop a Gold Ingot, Carrot, potato or sans.
Warden

Not meant to be killed but if he somehow is, then heres a little reward

  • Always drops a Catalyst
  • Always drops between 8-21 echo shards
  • Always drops 3-6 diamonds
  • Always drops a Silence Armor Trim
Goats
  • Can drop 1-2 mutton, will be cooked if goat was on fire or killed with a firey enchant.
Wandering Traders
  • Normally drops some emeralds
  • Normally drops wheat
  • Can drop 0-2 of either bottles, brown mushrooms, and/or red mushrooms.
Piglin Brute
  • Will now drop 1-2 gold ingots, and/or netherite scraps.
Archaeology Loot Changes Will give any of the items in the bullet list since its pretty hard to read in paragraph form. Some of this loot I still think is a bit trashy so I might tweak it some more.
Trail Ruins

Common Loot

  • Emerald
  • Bone
  • Flower pot
  • Raw Gold
  • Brick
  • Wheat
  • Coal
  • Lead
  • Candles(most colors)
  • Raw Copper Block
  • Raw Iron block
  • String
  • Gunpowder.

Rare Loot

  • Pottery Sherd(either burn, danger, friend, heart, heartbreak, howl or sheaf.)
  • Relic Music Disc
  • Host or Raiser or Wayfinder or Shaper Armor Trim
  • Skeleton Skull
  • Golden carrot
  • Emerald block.
Desert Wells
  • Emerald
  • Gold Ingot
  • Suspicious Stew(haste or luck)
  • Pottery Sherd(arms up or brewer)
  • Brick
  • A Lead
  • Glass bottle.

For the next lootables I might try changing/tweaking, im thinking about

  • Fishing
  • Some Piglin Bastion Chests
  • Some Trial Chamber loot like certain chests and spawner loot
  • Some Village Chests
  • Maybe Evoker loot
  • Underwater Archoealogy stuff
  • Adding more specific enchanting books to specific structures
  • Changing some stone tool loot to copper when porting up
  • Maybe Redoing some that i touched on already

    Nether Fortress Possible Loot Ok this might be a bit modified since its Either a rib armor trim or rarely a harness. But most loot is gonna look like this, maybe just not as good.
  • Pillager Outpost Possible Loot
    Pillager Outpost Possible Loot Hmm I wonder where that map leads its totally not to a woodland mansion.
