About

Description

A custom mod made for Rat’s Enrichment; Recipe Ratings are small indicators on a recipe inside of EMI which tell a player more about the recipes at their disposal.

Importantly the ratings inform a player on the balance and fairness of a recipe in a modpack where it's the players responsiblity to balance their playthrough to their own tastes.

Rat's Enrichments Ratings

Unchanged mods are indicated with the rating Vanilla Default, and while most base-game recipes are untouched there are some that have had their defaults tweaked for better integration called Rat's Default.

The indicator system is also to show players what kind of player they're intended for: Players who want to decorate and build cand cut down on grinding and resource gathering with a Builders Shortcut.

Newer players can use Sequence Breaks to access parts of a mod they would otherwise struggle to reach, and experienced players might use them to skip a process they've played through dozens of time already.

For an added challenge, Artisans Process rakings are given to recipes that are more complicated or expensive then the default. These recipes can sometimes be part of a larger Glorp Quest ranking. Named after Hrry, Glorp Quests are the most convoluted recipes in the pack and are intended as a bigger, long term goal for automated minded players to sink their teeth into
