Create: To The Skies!

Create: To The Skies is a pack made by the Futurists team at ErisWS.

It's a pack built towards having fun. There's loads of different content to mess with, and no quest line to force you along a path- instead, you're given a set of optional goals for each mod, and the ability to ignore mods completely if you want.

A bunch of limits have been tweaked or outright removed (pumps no longer care how long your pipes are, for example), and certain recipes for some mods were tweaked to make progression more fun (Create: Enchantment Industry's Hyper Experience output now matches the normal Experience input, and jetpacks no longer require an elytra to make).

A lot of the content from the pack was inspired by Create: Mekanized, which is an awesome pack that you should check out. No pressure though! :P
