Description

Limitless Core

I've often found that when I want to develop my own modpacks, I spend most of my time figuring out which optimization and performance mods to use than actually making the pack. With that in mind, I wanted to create a modpack that acts as a good framework from which to build other packs.

For the most part this pack only contains server and client performance optimizations, bugfixes, QOL mods (Appleskin, Pick-up notifier, Mouse tweaks), and some lightweight polish mods (Paper doll, Legendary tooltips, stylish effects.) This means the pack should both work as a template for other modpacks, and also as just a good vanilla+ client. There are a few serverside mods that will only work if both the server and client have them installed (Unloaded activity, slimey boyos, leaves be gone,) but these shouldn't prevent you from joining a vanilla server, they just won't work.

Please feel free to either use this as an optimized vanilla-ish client, or as a base for making your own modpacks.

I'll be making a github page soon so people can report any issues they run into.

To-do

  • Fabric version
  • 1.20.1, 1.16.5, 1.12.2
  • Figure out the minimum/recommended PC specs to run the pack
