Easy to install Optimization modpack for minecraft.
Optimization Modpack made for Low-End PC's, Enjoy minecraft even with a potato pc. Settings set by default are very low, Includes Iris Shaders for Shader Support, Updates will release 1-14 days after release of new Minecraft version (hopefully). (FPS Counter Shown in gallery photo is not installed by default).
