Description

Part of the Cobblemon Hacked Changes series, I am now separating my one mod into separate Datapacks. This datapack targets blastoise from generation one. This datapack changes the tanky turtle to be water/steel-type, with raindish as a secondary ability and mega launcher as its hidden ability. Move choices were also modified.
