1 Heart!! strips away your standard safety net and locks your base maximum health to exactly one heart (2 HP). Whether you are playing in Survival, Adventure, or Hardcore mode, you are permanently one mistake away from the spectator screen.

🌟 The One Exception: Golden Lifelines While your natural red hearts are locked at one, Enchanted Golden Apples are your ultimate saving grace. Consuming a God Apple will still grant you temporary Absorption hearts.

This turns the entire gameplay loop into a tense, high-stakes resource hunt: do you hoard your precious golden apples for the Ender Dragon fight, or do you pop one now because that dark cave looks a little too dangerous?
