Description
Better Fishing completely overhauls the vanilla fishing experience in Minecraft. It replaces the boring waiting game with a highly interactive, physics-based fishing minigame. Balance the tension, reel in your catch, and watch the actual fish fly towards you!
Interactive Fishing Minigame: A highly responsive HUD appears when a fish bites. Balance the line tension and fill your progress bar to catch the fish. If the tension goes into the red, the line snaps!
Physical Fish Rendering: Say goodbye to items magically appearing in your inventory. Better Fishing actually renders the fish entity or item on the hook as you reel it in.
Procedural Reeling Animations: When paired with Punchy, the mod features math-driven, procedural arm and rod animations. The rod bends and your arm tilts backwards dynamically as you fight the fish.
