Description

A Water Scout is a mod that adds a new dimension called Universe 709 and a new Biome for the Universe called The Ocean of 709. The only way to get to the Dimension is by a flower obtained when the enderdragon is killed. Upon entering the dimension you will be met with a world of ocean and the Water Scout. The only way you'll be able to escape is by slaying the scout which in turn drops a teleport crystal out as well as a message for the opponent that has just slayed it and a token that unlocks abilities related to the ocean. 

This mod needs Curios API to work as the Token has it's own slot. There is also a keybind in the misc. category for the token as well.
