Description
Adrenaline Enchantment
Adrenaline Enchantment adds a very rare armor enchantment for NeoForge 1.21.1 that rewards dangerous low-health combat.
Features
- Adds the Adrenaline enchantment for armor.
- Supports levels I-V.
- Activates only while the attacker is below 20% health.
- Increases outgoing damage by 1% per Adrenaline level across equipped armor.
- Reaches up to 20% increased damage with four level V armor pieces.
- Uses the vanilla enchantment data format and armor enchantment tags.
- Includes Enchantment Descriptions support through
enchantment.adrenalineenchantment.adrenaline.desc.
How It Works
When a living entity deals damage, the mod checks the attacker's equipped armor for Adrenaline levels. If the attacker is below 20% of max health, the outgoing damage is multiplied by the total equipped Adrenaline level.
Example
- One level V armor piece gives +5% damage while below 20% health.
- Four level V armor pieces give +20% damage while below 20% health.
- The bonus does nothing while the wearer is at or above 20% health.
Compatibility
Adrenaline is defined as an armor enchantment using #minecraft:enchantable/armor, so it is designed for normal armor enchanting behavior. The mod should be installed on both the client and server so the enchantment data, gameplay logic, name, and description are all available.
