Description
AE2LT Packaged Pattern Provider
AE2LT Packaged Pattern Provider is an addon for AE2 Lightning Tech. It connects AE2 / AE2LT autocrafting to special machines, multiblock structures, altars, rituals, and other non-standard crafting systems from other mods.
It adds the Packaged Pattern Provider and Wireless Packaged Pattern Provider. Insert the matching Packaged Core, add patterns just like a normal Pattern Provider, and your ME network can supply ingredients, run the target machine, and return the finished products automatically.
Features
- Adds the Packaged Pattern Provider and Wireless Packaged Pattern Provider
- Uses Packaged Cores to select the target machine family
- Supports special crafting tables, multiblock crafting, altars, rituals, infusion systems, fusion crafting, mana-based crafting, and machine-based recipes
- Automatically sends ingredients to the target machine
- Automatically returns finished products to the ME network
- Some integrations support fast batch-style processing
- Higher-tier Packaged Cores can cover lower-tier targets where applicable
- Includes in-game AE2 Guide documentation in English and Chinese
- Target integration mods are optional; you do not need to install every supported mod
Basic Usage
- Place a Packaged Pattern Provider next to the target machine's main block or core block.
- Insert the matching Packaged Core into the provider's Packaged Core slot.
- Encode the target machine's recipe as a pattern and place it in the provider.
- When AE2 requests the item, the provider handles ingredient dispatch and product return.
The wireless version works with AE2LT's wireless provider systems for more flexible remote automation setups.
Supported Integrations
This addon currently supports selected machines or crafting systems from:
- Actually Additions
- Ars Nouveau
- Draconic Evolution
- Extended Crafting
- Mystical Agriculture
- Malum
- Occultism
- Mekanism: More Machines
- Botania
- Re-Avaritia
For the full supported machine list, placement rules, and setup notes, check the in-game AE2 Guide section for AE2LT Packaged Pattern Provider.
Dependencies
Required:
- Applied Energistics 2
- AE2 Lightning Tech
All target integration mods are optional. Install only the mods you want to automate; the matching Packaged Cores and integrations become available when those mods are present.
Notes
The Packaged Pattern Provider does not bypass the original mechanics of the target mod. Multiblock structures must still be built correctly, and machines still require their normal energy, mana, catalysts, structure, space, or other crafting conditions.
