Aether Spellbooks is a content-rich addon bridging Iron's Spells 'n Spellbooks and The Aether.

Bringing deep magical integration to the holy islands, it introduces 16 Aether-themed spells, 2 floating island shrines, intelligent spellcasting mini-bosses, custom 3D mage armors with set abilities, boss spellbooks, and for the first time — magical ways to damage the Slider and Sun Spirit!

Available for both Forge 1.20.1 and NeoForge 1.21.1!

✨ Features at a Glance

📜 16 Aether-Themed Spells

From tactical utility to high-tier devastation:

• Stonebreaker Shard (Nature): Launches tumbling holy stones. Inflicts magic damage to the Slider and slows targets!
• Frostbound Crystal (Ice): Hurls genuine Aether ice crystals capable of freezing the Sun Spirit!
• Valkyrie Lunge (Holy): Multi-stage dash combo that brands foes. Re-cast within 3s to trigger holy burst damage!
• Aerwhale Song (Nature): Summons a spectral aerwhale soaring through the sky, granting slow falling & jump boosts while damaging enemies beneath.
• Radiant Javelin (Holy): Hurls a piercing Valkyrie Lance that pierces all targets and erupts into a radiant pillar of holy light.
• Thunderhead (Lightning): Summons a drifting storm cloud that strikes lightning on targets (+50% damage in rain/wet conditions).
• Solar Flare (Fire): A mini solar orb hovers above your head, tracking and bombarding nearby threats.
• Plus Aercloud Step, Summon Moa, Cloud Sentinels, Aether Whirlwind, and more!

🏛️ Island Shrines & Spellcaster Mobs

Two distinct shrines naturally spawn on Aether floating islands (custom jigsaw generation preventing void/cliff generation):

• Valkyrie Sanctum: Guarded by 2 persistent Valkyrie Sorceresses. Defeat them to earn Victory Medals without having to farm endless silver dungeons!
• Solar Altar: Guarded by 2 Solar Acolytes wielding Solar Flares and fire minions.
• Both shrines contain rich reward chests with spell scrolls, runic materials, and rare artifact loot.

🛡️ 3D Mage Armors with Unique Abilities

Upgrade Aether armor pieces on a Smithing Table with Aether Arcane Templates:

• Valkyrie Mage Armor: Custom 3D wings with flapping animations + custom flowing cape! Inherits flight capabilities and grants Valkyrie's Grace (-15% cast time while airborne).
• Phoenix Mage Armor: Flaming crown feathers + cape! Inherits lava immunity and grants Nirvana: lethal hits trigger an instant rebirth (restores 40% HP, knocks back foes with a fiery burst; 5-min cooldown).

⚔️ Staves, Spellblades & Accessories

• 4 Spellblades: Imbued with spell attacks and signature Aether weapon perks (Sunfire, Stormcaller, Hallowed, Sanguine).
• 5 Staves: Featuring 3D models and particle effects (Zanite, Aercloud, Gravitite, Valkyrie Scepter, Solar Scepter).
• Boss Spellbooks & Curios:
  • Slider Codex, Valkyrie Grimoire, Solar Codex (8/10/12 spell slots).
  • Accessories (Ring, Pendant, Gloves, Mantle) supporting both Curios API and Accessories / Aether accessory slots.
