About

Description

After The Rain

After The Rain is a lightweight client-side ambient mod that adds lingering weather particles after rain and snow.

After rainfall ends, the world does not instantly feel dry again. Leaves continue to drip for a while, wet natural ground creates subtle splash particles while walking, and cold biomes use soft snow particles instead of water. Different biomes dry at different speeds, making forests, jungles, swamps, savannas, deserts, and snowy areas feel more atmospheric after weather changes.

Features

- Lingering water drips from leaves after rain
- Snow particles from foliage in cold biomes
- Subtle wet step particles on natural blocks
- Biome-based particle intensity and duration
- Gradually fading effects over time
- Client-side only
- Lightweight and vanilla-friendly

Requirements

- Minecraft 1.21.10
- Fabric Loader
- Fabric API
