Darkness, strange noises, and sudden events will raise your anxiety level.
- 🔺 Rising anxiety makes the world darker, heavier, and more dangerous.
- 🔻 Lowering anxiety isn’t safe either - it can trigger terrifying hallucinations that disorient or even harm you.
- ⚠️ Survival becomes a constant balance: too much fear or too much calmness can both destroy you.
you will hear steps, see creatures, but the anxiety will increase and soon you may not be able to bear it and die
