As albedo does not make any block emit colored light, but only provides the means for another mod to do so,
I made one adding colored light to several Vanilla blocks as well as some modded ones (currently only Thaumcraft).
I also adds support for fluids emitting their color, but this feature is still work in progress, as the number of lights rises way too high in case of a lava lake.
Everything is configurable.
