Alpha Dimension

A whole Minecraft Alpha Dimension in 1.20.1.

This mod is WIP, so expect bugs and unfinished features.

Ever wanted Minecraft Alpha without suffering from lag from a1.2.6 or something? Or you wanted mods like for example Cracker's Wither Storm Mod (nonamecrackers2)? You've come to the right mod! Mostly!

By the way, Programmer Art resource pack is recommended.

Features:

This mod adds just bare features since, like it states, it's WIP.

It adds a new Dimension, the Alpha Dimension, with one biome so far, just Forest, which is the main biome in most alpha versions.

It has every base resource for survival, such as wood, stone, crafting recipes, whatever. Trees decay, have the right sounds, Grass has the right step and mining sounds too (bet you didn't see the mining sounds coming) and drops normal dirt, ALSO with the right sounds, so on. Every block has the right textures and sounds, making it accurate.

What about creative? It adds a DECENT-ISH amount of blocks, so creative building could work. You'd just need some creativity with the limited block pallette.

Anyway, you get the point. It's a light mod of all Alpha features, WIP, and soon to be expanded. And yes there ARE bugs, for example flint and steel can light in the air when clicked on the side of a block, flint and steel fire doesn't have the right blockstates for faces, but those are minor. You can still burn forests to ashes, yes I'm talking to you, me from like 8 years ago. Ores don't generate right (normal ores generate, so thats a bit annoying but at least it helps survival, right?). And the Nether is just barren. Generation and lava lakes work though at least.

Technical details: Mod id is minecraftalpha, It has all vanilla tags, and is made in MCreator.
