Description

Altar of Resurrection

A resurrection system designed for Hardcore worlds and servers. It allows players to revive fallen teammates who are currently in spectator mode through a totemic ritual.

⚠️ Initial Setup (Creative Mode)

Both the Altar and the Guardian are 100% indestructible in survival mode to prevent cheating, theft, or griefing on the server.

Note: An administrator or operator must place them using Creative Mode (/gamemode creative) in the desired location (spawn area, temples, community hubs, etc.).

🛠️ How Does It Work?

  1. The Guardian: An invulnerable villager who trades the Totem of Resurrection (an item featuring a custom 3D model).

  2. The Altar: A solid 3D structure. Right-clicking on it opens a menu (GUI) displaying the heads of dead players.

  3. The Ritual: With at least 1 Totem of Resurrection in your inventory, click on the fallen player's head to trigger the resurrection sequence (complete with particle effects, ringing bells, sound effects, and a teleportation featuring protective status effects).

⚙️ Configuration Command (/tom)

Operators can easily customize the purchase price of the Totem using chat commands with auto-completion support:

  • /tom diamond 10 (Default: 1 Totem for 10 diamonds)

  • /tom dirt 64 (1 Totem for 64 dirt blocks)

  • /tom netherite_ingot 1 (1 Totem for 1 netherite ingot)

Upon executing the command, you will automatically receive a Guardian Spawn Egg pre-configured with that exact trade offer.
