The Altherium mod adds in a few new ores and three new sets of special gear.
Enderite- Netherite for the end. It has a purple hue and is an upgrade from Netherite. The ingot needs four Enderite scrap, four diamonds, and an Ender eye.
Altherium- The namesake of the mod, can be found in all dimentions and mined to get Altherium shards which you make into clusters that you make into scrap, which you melt. (JEI is suggested)
Starlite- The most powerful gear in the game is by upgrading an Altherium ingot with a Nether star and combining it with your altherium gear.
