Quilt is a fork of the Fabric mod loader. Many Fabric mods are compatible with Quilt and vice versa.

for the best expierience with the datapack download the Amarite X Arsenal Rp or the amazing scissored amarite longswords by KrimsonKolbolt so the sword's rotation matches other weapons. Or download the asMod version that has the data pack and the resource pack in one file!
