About

Description

Have you thought about how Sniffers should be able to dig up plants with actual purpose? Maybe a new crop or something? Well worry no longer, because with this mod you can have your own Ancient Harvest!

When Sniffers dig into the ground, they have a chance up digging up an Ancient Seed which, when planted in Farmland, will over time grow into an Ancient Fruit, a large, pink, carrot-like fruit!*

When broken, the Ancient Fruit drops a few Ancient Fruit Slices, which have the same hunger and saturation as Steak!**

Spoiler

Picking these up will give you the "Time to Carrot About History" advancement!

But when surrouned by 8 Golden Nuggets in a Crafting Table, an Ancient Fruit Slice will turn into a Golden Ancient Fruit Slice, which has the same hunger and saturation as Rabbit Stew!

Spoiler

Crafting this will give you the "An Ancient Delicacy" advancement, and eating it will give you the "A Bite for the Ages" advancement!

Happy farming!

*Techinically it would be a considered a vegetable, but who cares?

**Or "Cooked Beef" for you Bedrock enjoyers.
