About Me
This small datapack adds a flashlight to your game. This Flashlight is an Animated Item that players can download and use to improve their Minecraft Gameplay Experience. Players can craft this Flashlight using The Recipe or be Given the flashlight by running the following function:
/function weapons:flashlight/give
How to Use
When you download the .zip file, put it in your Resourcepacks as well as Datapacks folder of the world. Then, once you are in the world, run a /reload command. The datapack doesn't have a special load message, so you won't get a particular "[Animated Flashlight] Loaded" type message, but the reload should've worked nonetheless.
Note: (for the datapack nerds and creative mode builders only)
- The datapack runs a /fill command. This means that any blockstates set via building mods like Axiom or Worldedit will be reset. This also means that any Light Blocks that are placed by the builders will be reset by the flashlight.
