Anti Bonemeal

Bonemeal is overpowered as it duplicates blocks. 

By default this mod makes Bonemeal Events disabled everywhere.

Bonemeal item is still in the game and no recipes are changed.  

You have to grow your crops and saplings the natural way.  

This is intended to encourage large scale farming in worlds with minimal machine automation.  

There are two mini features that can be disabled in config: 

1. You can bonemeal grass only near midnight.  To enable getting more rare flowers.  If it works you might also get a firework.

2. Also a tooltip that can be disabled in config
