Key mechanics:

1.Removing enchantments from items via the anvil; 2.Transferring enchantments to enchanted books. Compatibility: NeoForge 1.21.1. Now you can not only combine enchantments but also remove them from items, saving them in enchanted books for later use. The cost to remove a single enchantment is 15 experience levels, implemented for balance.
