Apotheosis Rebalanced

Combines content from separate & required datapack/resource pack to overwrite several functions within Apotheosis and Apotheotic Additions, and aims to reach a few specific goals with the content:

-Rebalance rarity tiers and reduce their effectiveness to make gameplay and looting feel more rewarding without allowing the player too much power too early. Inluding gem, affix, and slot counts accros all rarities.

-Adds 3 new rarity tiers (currently titled Super, Super Ultra, and Super Ultra Max for lack of better names, the first two remain identical to esoteric, while the third exhibits 2x-3x multipled stats over Esoteric rarity items as they are adjusted.) These are intended to be incredibly rare, nearly impossible to obtain by normal means, gating their rarity materials behind other mod's end-game progression. The goal is to produce a terraria-like post-moonlord experience as the player slowly accumulates better armor and weapons. This is accomplished by default by requiring anti-matter pellets (Mekanism) to craft it's rarity material, and latter materials simply requiring more of the previous rarities materials.

-Opens default Apotheosis gems to higher rarities and rebalances their stats accordingly.
