Description

Applied Thaumaturge is a technomagic addon that brings Thaumaturge and Applied Energistics 2 together. Essentia becomes something your ME network can store, move and count just like items, and arcane crafting can be done straight from your network or fully automated.

It is the successor to Thaumic Energistics. Progression runs through the Thaumonomicon: scan AE2 blocks and items with your Thaumometer to open the Energistics category, then research your way through it. The research entries explain how each device works.

Important notes:

  • Applied Energistics 2 and Thaumaturge are both required. JEI is optional but recommended for arcane recipe transfer.
  • This mod is in Alpha. Back up your worlds before adding it, and please report any bugs on the Issue Tracker.
  • Essentia is hidden from normal ME Terminals on purpose. Use the ME Essentia Terminal to see it.

What it adds:

  • Essentia storage: ME Essentia Storage Cells from 1k to 64k, plus a creative cell. They fit in any ME Drive.
  • Essentia transport: Import, Export and Storage Buses, the ME Essentia Interface for tubes, and the ME Infusion Provider to feed your Infusion Altar from the network.
  • Terminals: the ME Essentia Terminal, its wireless version, and the ME Essentia Level Emitter for redstone control.
  • Arcane crafting: the ME Arcane Crafting Terminal, an Arcane Workbench that pulls ingredients and vis crystals straight from storage.
  • Automation: write recipes onto Knowledge Cores with the ME Arcane Inscriber and let the Arcane Assembler craft them on request.
  • Vis: the Arcane Charging Card widens how far your devices draw vis from the aura, and Entangled Wand Cores share one vis pool across any distance.
  • Vis Relay Interface: Link your Energized Vis to your network. Set a Vis Relay on the interface and use a memory card to link it to your ME Arcane Crafting Terminal or the Arcane Assembler to gather vis straight from the powered node. 
  • Portable Essentia Cells :  Just like Item and Fluid Portable Cells you can just pick up and take your essentia with you. 
  • Search through your terminals with Aspect Searching to find items with that aspect once discovered.
