What's new in v1.0.0 for 26.2

  • Now available for Minecraft 26.2 (Fabric and NeoForge)

The 26.1 Tiny Takeover update gave every baby mob a unique model with new proportions. This mod reverts that — baby mobs are rendered as scaled-down adult models again, exactly like they were before 26.1.

What it changes

  • All ageable baby mobs use the adult model at 0.5× scale instead of their new Tiny Takeover models
  • Adult textures are used so UV mapping is correct
  • Covers all vanilla baby mobs: cows, pigs, sheep, chickens, wolves, cats, horses, zombies, husks, drowned, piglins, zombified piglins, villagers, zombie villagers, striders, hoglins, and more

  • Client-side only — works on any server, no server mod needed
  • No dependencies — only requires Fabric Loader
  • Compatible with shader packs and most other rendering mods
