Description
🏰 Arcane Towers
Four sealed arcane towers. Climb to the top, leap into the dark, and fight your way out from below.
✨ Overview
🎯 How a Tower Works
- Climb. Stairs wind up around a sealed central shaft. Every floor has its own creatures and loot. All four towers are walkable from the ground up as of 1.0.0.
- Leap. On the last floor the shaft opens. Jump in — it's a long way down, but water breaks your fall.
- Descend. Below the tower lies a dungeon that unfolds in three stages, each with its own corridors and rooms, plus side chambers off the main path. Every stage is crawling with the undead.
- Face the guardian. Each tower hides a powerful guardian in its deepest hall, beside the vault.
- Escape. Use the Exit Stone to break the tower's seal and return to the surface.
🏫 Every Floor Is Somewhere Different
The four floors of a tower are not interchangeable. Depending on the tower you will walk through an entrance hall, a library lined with shelves, an alchemy laboratory, an astronomer's study, a scriptorium, an observatory, a camp, a ritual chamber or an arcane chamber — each built out of blocks rather than left empty, each with its own loot and its own creatures.
🏛 The Four Towers
| Tower of Arcane Stone | Plains and forests | Guarded by a Tauren |
| Frost Tower | Snowy lands and mountains | Guarded by a Goliath |
| Sandstone Tower | Deserts, badlands and savannas | Guarded by a Centaur |
| Umbral Tower | Dark forests and swamps | Guarded by a Mountain Giant |
Where to find them: each tower only rises in a wide area of its own biome, and never next to another structure — towers keep their distance from villages, temples and structures from other mods. Look for them in open, untouched land.
Each tower now sits on a solid rock base, so it meets sloping ground instead of hovering over it.
🏔 They Do Not Look Alike
Each tower has its own silhouette before you ever go inside.
- Tower of Arcane Stone — corner turrets with copper spires, amethyst-runed buttresses, an octagonal parapet and twelve white banners.
- Frost Tower — thick corner buttresses, tall pointed windows, a high octagonal spire, and two rings of ice floating around it, held by chains.
- Sandstone Tower — a copper observatory dome with a telescope, two octagonal rings of runes clasping the walls, and a tall gold-and-copper spire.
- Umbral Tower — a tower that leans, with stepped buttresses, a railed balcony, and an open crown of eight posts carrying a broken ring and a floating one.
Goblins, gnomes, elves, dire wolves, satyrs, arcane mages and the undead fill the floors and halls — all from Majestic Bestiary.
🔮 What's Next
More tower layouts, new guardians, custom music and sounds, and deeper integration with the Majestic world.
