ArchTetonic

ArchTetonic, or Arch for short, is mod that aims to provide builders with a new array of building blocks based on real life architecture.

For now, it only adds blocks based on the popular German Style, known as Fachwerk (or Enxaimel). More will come soon, or when inspirations hits me.

I created this mod because I needed blocks with these textures and didn't find any other mods with it. After that I simply decided to post it, so here it is.

NOTE : I am not a Pixel Artist, but I try my best. A texture in this mod is ALWAYS subject to change. Every feedback is welcome.

NOTE2: Keep in mind that the keyword of this mod is SIMPLE.

Q&A:

Q: My blocks don't have connecting textures. Why? :(
A: Use CTM. Although it's not mandatory, it won't connect otherwise.  Please use it.

Q: Will you update the mod to version X.XX.X?

A: For now, no. I have no plans to update this mod to other versions as of now.

Q: Why does all the textures look the same?

A: This mod is based in real life styles of building, which include multiple hand-made patterns and technics. It's not easy to translate all this information into Minecraft. Most of the blocks have special connected textures, which will bring a little bit of detail if used without other blocks in the middle 

Q: Your textures suck

A: More of a hurtful statement than a question, but ok. Yes, they do. The textures in this mod are heavely based on Vanilla Minecraft, just sewed up toghether. But don't worry, I plan to revamp them ASAP.

Q: Will this mod ever be update to a newer version of Minecraft?

A: Most certainly, but not for the forseeable future. My plan is to release it to the newest version of Minecraft once I redo ALL the textures and have added other Archtetonic Styles.

Q: Does this mod have a Discord Server?
A: As for now, it doesn't. If I ever create one, I'll post the invite here.

Q: Can I use this mod in my modpack?
A: You sure can! Just remeber to include somewhere in it a link to this page.
