A simple mod that add Ash Clay, a self-setting clay-like substance made from wood ash, as well as some blocks made of it.

A simple mod that adds ash clay, a self-setting clay-like substance made from wood ash, as well as some blocks made of it.

This is a very small content mod that intends to provide a furnace alternative if stone is unavailable, for example in the early stages of a skyblock-style modpack. The progression can be summarized in a few steps:

• Craft and place a campfire
• Break the campfire (without silk touch) to obtain ash
• Use a bowl on a water source to fill it with water
• Combine ash with the bowl of water to obtain ash clay
• Place the ash clay on the floor to let it dry
• Once dry, pick up the ash bircks
• Combine the ash bricks in a 2x2 to create an ash bricks block
• Craft 8 ash bricks block into a furnace
