Description

icon is a client-side assist mod that offers a reactive Totem swap mechanic without completely automating combat decisions. When your health falls below a set level and your offhand doesn’t have a Totem of Undying, the mod will alert you and activate a specific hotkey.

Pressing that key instantly moves a Totem from your hotbar or inventory to your offhand, enabling quick reactions without automatic actions.

The mod does not swap automatically and will not change your offhand unless you manually confirm it by pressing the key.
