About
Description
AutoAuth
AutoAuth is a lightweight, client-side Fabric mod designed to streamline your multiplayer experience by automating the server login process and managing authentication overlays seamlessly.
Key Features
- Automatically dispatches the
/login <password>command 1.5 seconds after connecting to a server. - Automatically detects and dismisses lingering login GUIs, PIN screens, and overlays (such as AuthMeGUI) right after successful authentication.
- Includes a fallback mechanism that sends
/login <password>as a direct chat message if the server-side command API is unavailable. - Provides full in-game command control to update settings or change your password on the fly.
- Saves configuration locally in a simple JSON format (
config/autoauth.json).
Commands & Usage
You can use either /aa or /autoauth in the chat to manage the mod:
/aa enable- Enables automatic login execution./aa disable- Disables automatic login execution./aa password set <password>- Saves your password locally./aa password remove- Clears the currently saved password./aa info- Displays mod information and developer credits (VeridoxDev).
Configuration
Settings are saved locally on your client at .minecraft/config/autoauth.json. You can inspect or modify the JSON file directly:
{
"enabled": true,
"password": "your_password_here"
}
Important Notes
- Client-Side Only: This mod works entirely on the client side and does not need to be installed on the server.
- Security Warning: Your password is saved locally as plain text inside your
.minecraft/config/autoauth.jsonfile. Do not share your config folder with others. - Global Password: Currently, the mod uses one global password for all servers.
