AutoToolSwap

Spend less time changing hotbar slots while mining. AutoToolSwap selects a hotbar item when you start mining a block or attacking an entity.

Features

  • Automatic hotbar selection for block mining and entity attacks
  • Separate settings for block and entity switching
  • Configurable delay before returning to the previous slot
  • Uses items already in your hotbar; does not rearrange inventory slots

How to use

Install the mod and keep the tools you want to use in your hotbar. Open Mod Menu → AutoToolSwap to enable or disable switching and adjust the return delay.

Installation

Client-side Fabric mod. Choose a file marked for your Minecraft version. Requires Fabric Loader 0.17.2 or newer, Java 21, Fabric API, and YetAnotherConfigLib (YACL). Mod Menu is optional for opening settings.
