What is Backdoor?

Backdoor is a fully in-game admin & cheats panel, accessible from your inventory or a configurable keybind. Built for server admins and single-player worlds: everything is managed from a clean GUI — no commands, no chat spam.

• Server-side validated — every action is checked on the server before running. The client only sends requests, so nobody can use the panel without real permissions.

• Player management — online player list: kick, ban, gamemode switch, teleport (go / bring), clone inventory
• Live inventories — open and edit any player's inventory in real time
• Player stats — edit health, hunger and XP of any player
• World controls — weather (clear / rain / thunder), time (day / noon / night / midnight), difficulty
• GameRules editor — visual editor for every world gamerule
• World backups — create and restore backups from the panel

🚨 Report system

Players can report others from their own panel. Connected admins get notified instantly and review the reports in the admin panel.

🔐 3-level permission system

Overrides are stored in backdoor_permissions.json and managed with:

/backdoor perms set|remove|list|export|import

Handy for granting (or revoking) access without touching vanilla OP.

🎨 Customization

• Color themes for the whole panel UI
• Compact mode for the access button (Auto / Compact / Normal)

📖 How to use

1. Install NeoForge for Minecraft 1.21.1
2. Drop the jar in the mods folder (client and server)
3. Bind a key in Options → Controls ("Open Backdoor Panel"), or use the [B] button inside your inventory
4. Done! If you're OP level 2+, the panel unlocks automatically

❓ FAQ

Do I need to be OP? Yes, or have an override in backdoor_permissions.json. Without permissions the panel shows no actions.

Does it work on vanilla servers? No — the mod must be installed on the server, since every action is validated there.

Is this a multiplayer cheat? No, it's an admin tool: only people with permissions can use it, and the server validates every action.
