About

Description

Glasses! They are wonderful things that let people (myself included) see near and far. In Minecraft, however, there is little need. Glasses are usually simply cosmetic in-game. Until now. Welcome to Bad Eyes.

You can only see about 2 chunks around you, regardless of your set render distance. To cure that, you must craft glasses. There is no difference between the glasses with how far you can see. If you have glasses on, you can see your full set render distance/server render distance. There are regular glasses, made of iron and glass, and netherite glasses, made from smithing glasses with netherite. They behave about how you would expect. Glasses have 100 durability and netherite glasses have 1000.

If this actually gets downloads, I'll quickly port it to Fabric/Quilt.

Made as a joke.

Aside: The glasses models are actually json models, so you can change them or adjust them to fit your player skin
