About

Description

Bathroom Blocks is a tiny mod currently updated to version 1.20.1 that has just a little more to offer than what the name implies, mostly consisting of decorative blocks and random fun features.

Requires Fabric API!

Blocks

All of the bathroom blocks (mostly)

Raw Bathroom - A ceramic material crafted using diorite and clay balls. Along with its unique appearance, it has mild slipperiness and can be crafted into other blocks. There's a good handful of different tiles you can make by combining this with other items.

Bathroom Tiles - This block can be crafted from 4 raw bathroom in a grid. It inherits some slipperiness from its raw form.

Sliptiles - A block composed of smaller tiles made with raw bathroom and glass. it has many different variants including a dark version and bricks.

Shower Curtain - Curtains spangled with a simple fish pattern that are made with white wool and raw cod. These are shaped just like glass panes and iron bars, but have the properties of wool and carpet.

Mixed Bricks - Unrelated to the bathroom family of blocks, this one is made from bricks and nether bricks. It's a nice change from regular single coloured bricks.

Inky Cobblestone - The iconic, higher-in-contrast cobblestone from the golden days, now crafted with an ink sac and cobblestone. Apply an ink sac to mossy cobblestone for its classic counterpart.

Insulation - Made with white wool and wooden slabs. Great for extremely niche building scenarios!

Items

Gummies - Now we're really straying from the theme. Crafted with an assortment of fruits and a slimeball, this confectionery food will add more flair to your in-game parties. Restores 3 hunger.

Worms in Dirt - Using gummies, cocoa beans and an egg in a bowl, you can make this classic, fun dessert yourself. Restores 7 hunger.

Scran - A mix of eggs, carrots and chicken. An easy food to make if you have those ingredients lying around.

Gamer Goop - A strange substance dropped by video gamers that makes for a light snack.

Gamer's Delight - Pie imbued with raw gaming essence that hypes you up.

Ricky Noodles - Channel the power of a thousand Rickys by eating this elusive meal. Gives strength for 30 seconds.

Fertilizer Bag - Crafted with some bone meal and a block of wool. This is essentially bone meal with durability, and can be enchanted to maximize its uses.

Bouncy Ball - Made with dried kelp and a slime ball. This fun item can be thrown or dispensed, and ricochets off of blocks and entities. It can be set ablaze for PvP or PvE mischief.

Basketball - A heavier version of the bouncy ball with the same properties, but with a unique texture and sound.

Gaming - An item that is soon to have a use in the next version of the mod. Can be stored in a block of gaming.

Mobs

Ball Golems and mushlets in the v6 feature display.

Mushlet - Craft the mushspawn item (with gummies, ghast tear and mushroom stew) and place it on mycelium to hatch this artificial gummy creature! Mushlets are a unique livestock that drops both gummies and slimeballs and is bred with mushroom cap blocks or wart blocks.

Ball Golem - Craft a compact ball golem (with a block of iron, glass, carved pumpkin and bouncy balls) to summon your new unconventional guardian! These will toss bouncy balls at hostile monsters, but like snow golems, you'd best keep them out of harm's way with a defensive wall.

Video Gamer - Craft a gamer grub (with a spider eye, ghast tear and gaming) to create this cyborg pest! They take damage in water and sunlight, so you will need to keep them indoors where they can game in peace. Also hostile toward cows.

Clangor - A scary creeper variant found in dripstone caves. They are a lot noisier, but will also run faster and detonate without hesitation. You'll want to dedicate your ears and eyes to avoiding these monsters when you're underground.

Pig Creeper - Rare abominations that spawn in groups on beaches at night. They behave like the typical creeper, but reward you with a generous dozen of porkchops when killed.

Other Features

Paintings - I've added 5 unique paintings: "Aquarium", "Wriggle", "Eel", "Market", "Damp" and "Hellpipe". Check them out if you want, I guess. No pressure

Music Discs - "Yopersong", "VOTE THIS GUY" and "That is it, Binny!" from Rodney's Tunnel appear as music discs here. I honestly don't remember if they're obtainable

Advancements - For creating certain blocks and items, you will earn advancements from a new tree focused on the mod's features. Packed with a few nods to other games and media; if you know, you know.

Translations - This mod supports Canadian French, German and Anglish! Every new feature has a corresponding translation.

Don't mind the miscellaneous critters.

I don't actively give updates on any social media about this mod, but about once every 2-3 months I might release an update. Stay tuned if you're interested in more of this goofy mod.
