We are accepting suggestions for custom shields we should add to the mod! Please tell us.

Better Shields is a small Vanilla+ mod that adds iron, gold, and diamond shields and makes the Vanilla shield deflect less damage.

The better shields are crafted from Vanilla shields and three of their respective material.

You can now showcase your shields or store them in a shield stand.

Default shield damage reduction:

Vanilla Shield: 75%,

Iron Shield: 90%,

Gold Shield: 85%,

Diamond Shield: 98%,

Netherite Shield: 100%

How much of the incoming damage gets absorbed by what shield can be changed in the config file.
