Description
Licensing: Buildcraft is open-source and freely available to be modified, distributed, or distributed modified. This mod uses the same license as buildcraft.
Buildcraft is great on 1.7, but unfinished on 1.12. It attempts to add many changes from the 1.7 version. This is a fork of buildcraft that reverts many of those changes
IF USING THIS MOD WITH IC2 CLASSIC:
There is a config option for which flavor of IC2 (classic/exp) compat is used that you must switch for the mod to function properly with IC2 classic
Current changes:
integration table is back (with JEI support)
BC compat is integrated with BC core
everything uses RF again (including kinesis pipes)
emerald pipes are back (wooden diamond pipes are gone)
iron kinesis pipe is back as a configurable limiter
the fluid heat and oil distillation systems are gone - the only fluids are oil and fuel
gates reverted to 1.7 textures, removed gate 'modifiers'
added gate triggers:
kinesis pipe overloaded?
kinesis pipe transferring power?
triggers for forestry apiary, engine, machines, farms; triggers for anything with ic2 eu storage
added gate actions:
change iron kinesis pipe throughput
added pipe plugs:
Redstone fader
redstone timer
missing content:
builders/filler - I may implement this eventually, but it'd take a lot of time
robots - see above; also computercraft turtles are an adequate replacement
packager/stamping table - wouldnt be very hard to implement, but I don't see many use cases
charging table - nothing besides robots got charged; no use
known problems:
some blocks have missing particles when you run on/hit/break/land on them, will look into this further
