About
Description
This mod reworks the breeding system to discourage mob cramming and reward the player for creating good environments for their animals.
Breeding Changes:
Feeding an animal will enable it to breed, but will not instantly make it breed.
Baby animals by default have breeding enabled, and do not need to be fed.
Animals will breed by themselves as long as all the conditions are met.
By default, animals will breed aprox every 15m, however this can be changed in the config. (Animals will not breed if there are too many animals near by, so no need to worry about overpopulation)
To breed, animals will need to be standing on either grass, snow, moss, podzol, mycelium, or hay. Animals will need to be able to see the sky. Animals can not be cramped together.
To disable breeding, left-click the animal with shears. This will not hurt the animal. Breeding can then be re-enabled by feeding it again.
This mod affects all animals that can be bred except cats, wolves, axolotls, and turtles.
