[Better Mob Drop without advancements]A Minecraft mod/data pack which provide more reasonable mob drop

In the newest Minecraft, lots of mobs drops nothing! This doesn't make sense at all! This data pack/mod is made to solve this.
Now goat will drop horns and mutton, and other creaturs now drops the items they should be.
