Changes some stuff about the Pale Garden to make it slightly better

➕ New Structure (Creaking Core)
Found in most Pale Garden biomes, spotted by the tree with roots coming out
➕ New Music (By James Primate)
ELSE VI now occasionally plays
➕ Very Minor Color Changes
➕ Mob Spawn Changes (Only Skeletons, Spiders and Endermen can spawn with Skeleton Horses as an addition)
