Better Revive X Accessories

Better Revive X Accessories is a compatibility add-on that adds full Accessories support to Better Revive.

With the add-on installed, items equipped through Accessories are included whenever Better Revive creates a grave. This includes both normal functional slots and cosmetic slots.

The add-on remembers exactly where every item was equipped, including its container, slot position and complete item data. When the grave is recovered, the items are automatically placed back into their original Accessories slots.

Safe Item Handling

Since Accessories can contain items from many different mods, I wanted the recovery process to be as safe as possible.

The add-on uses Better Revive's transactional add-on system. Before anything in the player's Accessories inventory is changed, the affected slots are checked and the required data is saved.

If something changes unexpectedly during the process or an operation cannot be completed safely, the transaction is cancelled and rolled back. This helps prevent situations where items could be lost or duplicated.

Occupied, missing or incompatible slots are also never overwritten automatically.

If an item cannot be returned to its original Accessories slot, the grave stays available. The player can then clear the conflicting slot and try to recover the grave again.

Fallback copies of the stored items are also kept inside the grave data, so the contents can remain recoverable even if the add-on is later removed or restoration cannot be completed normally.
