Better Stacking
groups and displays entity for better preformance and utility

Features:
- fully client side, only affects client visuals but not server calculations
- group mobs, items and xp orbs near each other
- display grouped entities' name and count
- suffix for big number, such as 2k or 6sb (shulker boxes)
- distinguish stacking between baby/ adult mobs/ custom name
- highly configurable
- optimised for preformance, rendering less entities for higher fps
