This is a frok of the UPC mod, it uses the same namespace, so both mods can't be installed at the same time.
Better UPCs offers 4 UPC Blocks instead of a single one.
LV, MV, HV and EV Variants are implemented and they are matching the transfer rate of their MI Cable counterparts.
Usage
Converts between TR energy and MI energy both ways with 1:1 ratio
