I know, I know. You're probably saying "Oh look... Another Wither Skull DataPack/Mod". Well unlike most that just make the drop chance 100% or super high. Mine increases it in a way more balanced than usual.

Well unlike most that just make the drop chance 100% or super high. Mine increases it in a way more balanced than usual.
The rates are increased but not rediculous.
Info
Drop Rates Per Looting Level:
- No Looting = 5%
- Level 1 = 10%
- Level 2 = 15%
- Level 3 = 20%
