  • Preview hunger and saturation from held food, including modded food components
  • Compare nutrition and saturation in food tooltips
  • See food caps and potential waste before eating
  • Customize the HUD position, size, colors, and opacity

Open Options → Saturation to change settings. On narrow screens, the button is labeled Food.

In single-player, saturation and exhaustion use fresh integrated-server data. In multiplayer, saturation is marked approximate because vanilla updates can be stale; exhaustion is unavailable because vanilla does not send it. Client-side only.
