Description

Adds the Billiken!

Find the Billiken Fountain in the woods and save up some Tuition to craft a Tuition Block. Then activate the Billiken Block in the statue with the Tuition Block to summon the Billiken!

The Billiken can magically transform items, such as golden apples to enchanted golden apples, and ores into blocks! However, doing so will cost levels and make it so the Billiken needs to recharge. Pay the Billiken some tuition so it can perform another transformation. The transformation recipes should be changeable through the billiken_crafts JSON file.

The Billiken can also grant the Billiken Bounty Enchantment! This gives a pernament Luck boost as well as some other helpful effects that will sporadically appear. This has three levels and the xp levels needed should be configurable.
