About
Description
- 4 Playable Classes
- 5 Playable Races
- 135+ Perks and Unlocks
- 16 Page Talent Tree
Synopsis
A dungeons and dragons style class and race system that includes a huge talent tree to upgrade and unlock over 135 unique perks through. Start your adventure by selecting one of five races (Elf, Dwarf, Lupine, Merfolke & Tiefling) - determining your proficiencies with different tools, skills & race related perks. Followed by one of four classes determining your offense, traversal & utility abilities as well as a selection of passive perks to aid you in and out of combat. Slay monsters, bosses & take down dungeons to earn EXP to level up and progress through the talent tree.
Class & Race
Select one of five races & four classes to alter your Bloodline talent tree and unlock different abilities & perks. Each class is tailored towards a specific role, whether that is Damage, Support, Tank or Recon, but all have combat orientated abilities (including a massive damage combo) as well as utility & traversal focused abilities

Bloodline
Evolve through the wonders of this dynamically shifting talent tree that differs for every combination of race and class. Each tree contains 76 perks per play through but changing race and class will alter which 76 of the 135+ perks present in the mod appear and in what order.

Abilities
Each class gets a unique offensive ability, traversal ability & utility ability which comes with an additional 3 upgrades for each alongside the host of passive abilities to unlock through the talent tree.

EXP System
Slay monsters, defeat bosses & take down dungeons to earn EXP and level up you and your party. The Surge system prevents mob farms being efficient in the long run, slowly diminishing the rest bonus until each monster kill is worth a fraction of EXP. However all of this can be changed through gamerules

Ender Pockets
Through unlocks in the talent tree, meet the interdimensional traveller able to store a few of your items safely away even through death. However he will want a payment of enchanting EXP for this service. A great balance between Keep Inventory and Perma-Loss for large multiplayer play throughs.

Stew Pots
Through unlocks in the talent tree, teach yourself how to cook and begin brewing complex stews that provide EXP multiplier boosts for slaying specific groups of monsters.

Game Rules
Anything you don't like can be customised through the use of game rules, such as the rate at which EXP is earnt, how fast the rest bonus diminishes etc.

Commands
/resetbloodline (All Players, resets your class, race & unlocks)
/modifybloodlineskillpoint (Admins Only, changes the number of skill points you have)
/modifybloodlineexp (Admins Only, changes the amount of EXP you have)

This mod doesn't add any dungeons or monsters to fight and is purposely designed that way so that you can play it in a modpack with any dungeons/monsters you like.
I'm not endorsed by any of these people but my personal recommendations would be "When Dungeons Arise - Forge!", "Tinker's Construction" & "Twilight Forest"
