UPDATE: In the future, I might revamp this mod, but for now in its current state, playing is not recommend as it is very buggy and not fun to play.
This is a addon that adds dangerous new boss called the parasite king that drops a new item called the "heart of infection". The boss is pretty hard to beat and is an endgame boss that drops a useful item. You will need very good gear to win the fight.
